Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day (ixcluding weekends and UAE public holidays). Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (within the UAE)
We offer shipping to all seven Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).
  • Standard Shipping ( 1 business days for Dubai; maximum up to 2 business days for other Emirates):
    • For orders under AED 390 flat rate of AED 50
    • For orders over AED 390 free shipping.

3. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UAE.
If you plan to ship internationally, you must detail the countries you ship to, estimated delivery times, and clearly state that the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred in their destination country.

4. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes
  • We can deliver to physical addresses. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Deliveries to areas under UAE customs regulations (e.g., Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Airport Free Zone, SAIF Zone) may require additional legal and customs compliance, and any associated fees are to be paid by the customer.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items in their order are legally approved for import in their location, as we only sell goods legally approved for trade in the UAE.

5. Order Tracking & Communication
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message that includes your tracking number.
